The Civil Society Index is a tool used in more than 50 countries, with the objective to create a base of knowledge and create ownership for initiatives of reinforcement of the Civil Society. The Mozambique context, as the resport shows, involves a variety of actors.This is the Portuguese version of the Civil Society Index Report, 2007. It is set to be translated soon.
